Nairn - Cawdor - Nairn
|
Walk
ID: 445 |
The walk follows the River Nairn closely. The path is not always evident on the OS sheet because it is a recently opened walk, but green marker-posts define it. There are no difficult bits (but see additional information) though boots are advised, as parts can be very muddy.
At Cawdor the castle is open to the public and the walk plus a visit to the castle is an interesting full day out.
