Laugharne - Sir John's Hill - Bird Board - Laugharne
|
Walk
ID: 3396 |
Laugharne is a quiet village on the estuary where the Rivers Taf and Towy meet. There is a very good car boot sale there on a Wednesday - weather permitting. Made famous by its connection with Dylan Thomas, it is also a prime spot for birdwatching. When the tide is out the great expanse of sandbanks attracts many different waders.
