Craig nan Caisteal Walk
|
Walk
ID: 2573 |
The walk is delightful; there isn't much left of the fort....several of the forts on the nearby hills are in better condition (see the Walkingworld list). The paths are narrow and grassy---you might lose one for a few metres, but there is no problem......The walk is a good family one (picnic at the fort with that splendid view?). It's suitable for dogs (there might be sheep in one field nearby.....). Boots or wellies advised.
