Did this walk on mid June evening - watched a Golden eagle for half an hour, a few owls and a bunch of Black Grouse and more - and - view of falls from Hermits Cave was a surprise when we finally reached there.

I did this walk at the beginning of October and, with the heavy rain, both Acharn Burn and the subsequent burn were difficult to cross and had to be done in bare feet as the water was almost up to my knees and was fast flowing.
