Abercregan - Glyncorrwg - Abercregan

From the old mining village of Abercregan, follow the Coed Morgannwg Way to Cefn Ffordd, then follow the ridge before descending to Glyncorrwg and returning along old railway lines.

(Also spelt Abergregan).
