This fabulous walk starts in the small Georgian village of Middleton One Row, not far from the south side of Darlington.

Starting at the village green, the walk follows the River Tees close to its riverbank and through woodland to reach Low Dinsdale, following the route of the Teesdale Way.

Be warned, this path can be VERY muddy and slippery.

Upon reaching Low Dinsdale the walk leaves the Teesdale Way and returns to Middleton One Row, passing through part of the local golf course.
