Barlestone - Newbold Verdon - Cadeby (Walk ID: 3567) Start in the village of Barlestone across fields to Newbold Verdon Church with its unusual tower, then take field-paths to Cadeby, passing the famous rectory home of the late Rev Teddy Boston (The Fat Controller). Look into the rectory garden to see his train set! Call at Cadeby Church for a spot of brass-rubbing before taking to the fields again and crossing to Osbaston (don't walk too fast or you'll miss it). Then cross fields again, back to Barlestone.
