You can search for walks using a free copy of Memory-Map or Quo. These digital mapping applications for PC allow you to zoom into a map of Britain and view exactly where the walks are. You can also find walks using Microsoft AutoRoute. A GPX file showing the walk start points can be used in various applications. The free utility POIConvertor will allow you to convert this into various formats (e.g. TomTom and Garmin).
